Wuxi Red-Leaf Plastic & Steel Products Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000. We specialize in producing thread protectors for OCTG according to API standards and our products have passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 quality certification in China.

Our registered capital is RMB7,000,000 and the assets of machines is RMB6,300,000. Besides, the assets of ground and workshop is RMB4,900,000.

We have 10 CNC machines, 16 fully automatic injection molding machines, 23 punching machines, 10 argon welding machines and 7 hydraulic pressure machines of 100MT in Wuxi branch company. We can manufacture 2-3 million sets of thread protectors for OCTG annually. We can meet the requests for about 500,000-600,000 metric tons of tubulars.

We have two branches. One runs smoothly in Tianjin City and the other is under the construction in Nanjing City and will start to run in February. We have excellent talents in mould workshop. Therefore, we can design and manufacture the moulds according to the customers' request. We are able to research and develop the new type of protectors and for premium thread of OCTG.

We have our own test machines and do all the tests according to API Standard, Low Temperature Test, High Temperature Test, Angular Impact Test, Axial Impact Test, Corrosion Test, Stripping Test, and Vibration Test. We have done all the sizes and all the types of thread protectors. Especially, new design and new percentage of recycled plastics must do all the tests. All the above aspects can ensure that our products can reach or beyond the API standard. The painting of thread protectors will not fall off.

We have developed new moulds to do new type protectors according to API SPEC 5CT 8th Edition. There are two designs of composite type and one design of all plastics type. Our customers could choose type and color according to your own requests.

We are one of the leading suppliers of thread protector for OCTG in China now. We will become the appoint supplier for many big tubulars companies.
